Jameis Winston’s grandmother dies at age 70

When Jameis Winston earned his first big NFL paycheck he used a solid portion of it to help his grandmother, Myrtle Winston, live more comfortably by buying her a brand-new chair to relax in when she watched him play games.

It was like a $4,000 chair, Winston said, via ESPN.com. It was one of those lift chairs. It even had built-in massage functionality.

Myrtle died Wednesday at the age of 70.
